Non-foaming alkaline detergent suitable for CIP systems

Features

  • Foaming alkaline detergent with high level of alkalinity and surfactants
  • Particularly effective in removing all heavy soil including fatty amides and greasy proteins
  • Easily rinsed, ideal for use with automatic CIP and immersion systems and dosed with low pressure systems
  • Ideal in meat, fish and vegetable processing and the agrifood industry in general

Mode and dosage

Spread the solution on the surfaces and equipment to be treated with a sponge, brush or low-pressure foamer, leave to work for the time needed to dissolve the dirt. Rinse thoroughly with water. USE IN CIP: Introduce the product via dosing systems inside the recirculation system and proceed with cleaning. DOSING: 10-20 ml/L (1-2%) according to the degree of soil.
