Dear user,

This document describes how the personal data of users who visit the websites of Italchimica Srl is processed, that is to say how “any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person” (as defined in article 4 of European Reg. 679/2016) is collected, retained, used and deleted.

Personal data collection and use

In compliance with obligations deriving from national legislation (Italian Leg. Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, Personal data protection code) and EU regulations, (European personal data protection regulation no. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent modifications, ITALCHIMICA websites respect and protect the privacy of visitors.

Please note that while visitors use its company websites, ITALCHIMICA may collect and process their personal data. ITALCHIMICA websites use log files in which the information automatically collected during user visits is retained. The following information may be collected:

– internet protocol address (IP);
– type of browser and settings of the device used to connect to the website;
– name of the internet service provider (ISP);
– date and time of visit;
– web page the visitor came from and exit web page;
– if needed, the number of clicks.

The above information is processed automatically and exclusively collected in an aggregated form to make sure the website is operating correctly and for security purposes. This data is never used for the identification or profiling of the user, but only for the purpose of protecting the website and its users.

ITALCHIMICA will use personal data only in keeping with the purposes for which it was acquired or subsequently authorised by the data subject.

“Cookies” – Information automatically saved on your computer

Cookies are pieces of information stored automatically on a website displayed on a user’s computer. When users visit an ITALCHIMICA website, some data may be stored on their computer in the form of “cookies” to automatically recognise users during subsequent visits. ITALCHIMICA makes all reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdictions regarding cookies and requires users to express consent for the use of cookies on its websites.

Requesting information and sending your CV

To ensure personal data is processed correctly, any requests for information are to be submitted through the dedicated web page and CVs are to be sent exclusively by email at  curriculum@italchimica.it

CVs received in other ways or with different means will not be considered and will be deleted immediately.

Data retention

ITALCHIMICA retains and processes personal data only for the time required for the specific declared purpose or for the time established by laws or regulations.

At the end of the retention period, the personal data collected will be deleted.

Rights

We hereby inform users that the GDPR gives the data subject the option of asking the data controller for access to personal data, itsrectification, portability or deletion and the limitation of its processing; the data subject may also object to the processing of data and exercise the other rights in chapter 3 section 1 of the GDPR, including the right to revoke consent, where applicable. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the revocation.

Data access and correction

Data security and integrity

ITALCHIMICA takes all reasonable precautions to preserve the security of the personal data it holds against loss, abuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction and periodically reviews its security policies in relation to the guarantee of personal data privacy.

Changes to this policy

ITALCHIMICA reserves the right to modify and update this policy. Whenever material changes are made to this policy, ITALCHIMICA will publish the revised text on its websites.
